Warren Brown Construction is qualified and equipped to install photovoltaic arrays of all types and sizes. We are conscientious about securing both roof and ground attachments that will easily withstand local weather conditions such as wind stress. Roof-mounted panels are securely mounted on aluminum or galvanized steel frames, which a normal residence or commercial roof can handle without requiring structural modifications. Ground mounts are secured into concrete slabs and/or footings. Building-integrated systems, such as shingles, become part of the structure itself. We only work with materials that are proven to be reliable and efficient over time and that produce the most cost-effective service.

During the initial consultation, we discuss and decide with the client which type of mounting and which products are most advantageous for the conditions and requirements of their project. We carefully take into account the site conditions as well as the individual esthetic considerations of the client. Our aim is to install an efficient and practical system that satisfies the Client.

Web-Based Performance Monitoring: The solar installation directly connects to the Web, making the performance data of the system accessible online anytime. This information allows the owner to manage usage and optimize efficiency of the system. The monitoring also issues alerts for any faults that may occur in the system. Web-based monitoring is required on all commercial systems but is available for all others upon request.

The Company will also apply for the requisite permits with the local building department and the appropriate utility provider.

Maintenance Contract: We offer the option of an extended maintenance contract for the on-going, post-installation care of the system.
