1. To start the process, we request that you fax us (707-634-1423) copies of your utility bills for the past year. If you do not have these at hand, PG&E will send you a printout upon request.
2. Once we have the above information, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for a free on-site evaluation. Through innovative technology, we can determine instantly the best placement for arrays to maximize the use of sunlight at that location. We will assess the roof or property and make design and installation recommendations for either roof or ground mounting.
3. We will answer any technical questions you may have and can provide information regarding existing Federal and State rebate and tax incentive programs. We can also discuss financing options.
4. After the site evaluation, we will prepare and submit a proposal which includes specific design and installation material details.
5. Once the proposal is approved, we will present the contract and apply for the permits and rebates.
